Account identity and email, billing status, branding assets, report content, report access analytics, support requests and security logs needed to operate the service.
We process data to authenticate users, store and publish reports, provide billing, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Managed providers currently support authentication, database/storage, billing and hosting.
Signed-in users can export a portable copy of profile, report and report-view data or permanently delete their ReportCore account from Branding settings. Contact reportcore@buildhub.global for access, correction or other applicable privacy requests.
We retain account data while the account is active and for limited periods required for security, billing or legal obligations. We do not sell report content or personal data.
